Santana Mental Health Services is expanding and seeking motivated, clinically strong Psychiatric ARNPs to join our mission-driven team. We provide evidence-based psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults, including addiction and substance use treatment, with a focus on access, innovation, and exceptional quality.
We are actively building a new standard of behavioral healthcare and we want clinicians excited to be part of that vision.
What You'll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
- Provide medication management & supportive psychotherapy
- Treat child, adolescent, adult, and substance use cases
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, schools & community providers
- Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and quality initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Active Florida APRN/ARNP license & PMHNP-BC (required or pending)
- DEA license or eligibility
- Tech-savvy, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable treating children, teens, and substance use disorders
- Strong communicator, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred; strong new grads welcome

Pay: $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
