Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
to help shape the financial story behind our growing U.S. business. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role is a key strategic partner supporting forecasting, planning, and business performance across our confectionery factory operations. As a key member of our Finance team at the factory, you'll analyze results, build financial models, and deliver insights that influence decisions across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. What You'll Do

• Support annual planning, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive performance.
• Deliver insights and reporting that shape strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and enhance reporting through SAP and BI tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and automation.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A, Controlling, or related finance experience in Confectionery, Food, or CPG.
• Advanced Excel and SAP/BI proficiency with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to partner across teams and translate insights into action.
• Preferred: MBA/CPA/CMA, experience in a global organization, and Power BI or automation tools expertise.

What We'll Pay

• Target Hiring Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually.
• This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting.
• Please note, a candidate's offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
