The Role:

As
Superintendent
, you'll take charge of on-site coordination and execution for a large-scale data-centre construction project in Marble, NC or Dallas, Texas.

You'll manage subcontractors, materials, quality, and safety, ensuring every aspect of the build stays on schedule and to spec.

Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you'll be the key point of contact on site — driving performance, solving problems, and keeping construction moving efficiently from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day site activities for data-centre construction.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed daily logs.
  • Support scheduling, inspections, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to project leadership.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant job site.

About You

  • 3+ years of construction experience (data-centre, industrial, or large commercial preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple trades (Division 2–10: concrete through finish).
  • Strong working knowledge of site safety, QA/QC, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with
    Microsoft Office, Procore, or Prolog
    preferred.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
