This role plays a critical part in supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives, financial planning, and operational decision-making. The position collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive actionable insights and support long-term business objectives across multiple business units and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting process, including periodic forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range strategic plans.

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate mergers and acquisitions, new market opportunities, and capital investment initiatives.

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to assess business performance, debt and equity structures, and growth scenarios.

  • Support fundraising activities, including investor presentations, identifying potential investors, and evaluating funding requirements.

  • Oversee cash-flow planning and reporting, as well as capital expenditure management.

  • Develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, revenue and cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner with business units to evaluate new products, geographic expansion, and strategic initiatives.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and automation.

  • Provide actionable insights to executive leadership to support decision-making and the company's continued growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with exposure to financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and data analysis.

  • Ability to extract, analyze, and present complex data to provide actionable recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and leadership levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
