Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to support our talent-building initiatives and contribute to the long-term growth of the company. In this role, you will assist with leadership training programs, support team performance initiatives, and contribute to organizational development projects. This position is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow within a leadership-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing leadership development programs.

  • Support team members through training coordination and performance-related initiatives.

  • Contribute to internal development projects designed to enhance organizational efficiency.

  • Conduct research to support leadership strategies and professional growth plans.

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to development activities.

  • Collaborate closely with management to identify growth opportunities within teams.
