Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of advanced dental hygiene services, including comprehensive prophylaxis, therapeutic periodontal treatments, and individualized oral health education.
  • Uphold the highest standards of operational and clinical excellence, demonstrating robust personal accountability in all aspects of care.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, engaging in creative approaches to support both patients and clinical colleagues.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, promoting the vital connection between oral health and overall systemic well-being.
  • Maintain efficient clinical flow and documentation as a full-time staff member.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene Technical School or College program.
  • Possession of a current, applicable State Dental License in Oregon, or the ability to acquire one prior to the start of employment.
  • Required certifications, including CPR and local certified anesthesia credentials.
