What's the gig?

Guided by our mission of inspiring healthy lives, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Mobile Pickleball Instructor to join our team.

In this role, you'll travel to luxury residences, private clubs, and community spaces across the Chicagoland area to lead engaging pickleball lessons and clinics for individuals or small groups. What You'll Do:

  • Teach private and small-group pickleball lessons at residential or community courts.
  • Provide instruction for beginners through intermediate players, focusing on proper technique, strategy, and game fundamentals.
  • Create a welcoming, encouraging, and safe environment that makes fitness and recreation enjoyable.
  • Manage your own schedule to ensure punctuality, consistency, and a positive client experience.
  • Offer feedback and guidance to help clients progress and stay motivated.
  • Collaborate with the Kb Fitness Solutions team to help shape and grow our pickleball programming.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or coaching pickleball (private, club, or recreation setting).
  • Strong understanding of pickleball rules, scoring, and gameplay fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—professional, friendly, and client-focused.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Comfortable working independently and representing Kb Fitness Solutions in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Pickleball Instructor (through PPR, IPTPA, or similar).
  • Experience working with diverse clients across age groups and skill levels.
  • Background in fitness, coaching, or recreation management.
  • Flexible scheduling availability (weekday evenings and weekends are in high demand).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour (based on experience)
