Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Managers to join our dynamic team in Hackensack, New jersey. In this pivotal role, you will lead diverse multi-unit construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties

  • Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare and review project estimates utilizing heavyBid or comparable estimating tools to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate precise execution on-site.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Utilize Civil 3D for site design coordination and ensure construction site activities adhere to design specifications.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, utilizing Construction site experience to anticipate challenges early.
  • Employ construction estimating techniques to forecast costs accurately and control project expenses.
  • Use construction management software for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate effective project communication through detailed reports, meetings, and updates with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control by conducting inspections, reviewing schematics, and verifying work against contract requirements.
  • Manage time effectively across multiple projects by prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a RESIDENTIAL MULT-UNIT Project Manager in the construction industry with a strong track record of managing large-scale, ground-up, stick-built projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with construction site activities and safety protocols.
  • Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project coordination with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently across various projects while maintaining attention to detail.
