What you'll do
- Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Utilize color theory to recommend and apply the perfect shades for every client.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, delivering personalized service.
- Educate clients on nail care techniques and products to promote healthy nails.
- Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and body waxing to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle retail sales of nail care products while applying retail math skills for accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that encourages creativity.
Experience
- A valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology is required.
- Proven experience in nail care services, including expertise in hair styling and threading techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales with an understanding of upselling strategies.
- Excellent communication skills that foster rapport with clients and team members alike.
