Position: Ironworker

We are seeking a highly skilled Ironworker with welding & rigging experience to join our team in the Hampton Roads area. Candidates must be experienced in various job environments and capable of handling structural steel work in demanding field conditions, including new construction and industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and weld structural steel components
  • Read and accurately interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Understand proper rigging and proper crane signaling procedures
  • Layout and fabricate steel structures with precision
  • Follow all job site safety protocols and OSHA standards
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively
  • Work in varied environments including heights, confined spaces, and offshore platforms

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Ironworker
  • Welding experience required (certifications preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment handling skills
  • Ability to perform basic construction math and take accurate measurements
  • Willingness to work in industrial, commercial, new construction and shop environments
  • Committed to safety and union standards

Compensation & Benefits:
