Looking for a BIG personality and reliable person to work in our Snack Shack Greet members and have enthusiasm to sell snacks and drinks to guests. Fun outdoor job with lots of interaction

Reports to: Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef

Expectations:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all Turn House storage and service areas.
  • Serve food and beverages to members in an efficient manner.
  • Set up and stock work area with food and beverage supplies on a daily basis.
  • Offer product suggestions to increase sales and heighten member satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
  • Ensure perishable foods are held at safe storage temperatures.
  • Unsold food and beverage products are rotated to optimize freshness.
  • Process member billing; complete POS daily closeout instructions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Position is in busy, non-smoking area of a private Golf Club.
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend and stoop.
  • Ability to speak and hear.
  • Close vision and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Present a positive, professional image.
  • Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Follow safety practices and recognize hazards.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
