Bilingual CSR

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer support and assisting in recruiting for our clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for Data Entry, answering calls, resolving issues, full cycle recruiting and providing information about our services. You must be ok with working alone and managing your time. Must have your own vehicle.

Mon- Fri 8:30am to 5pm **Available for OT and weekends as needed

Pay : $18- $20 DOE

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to orders placed, recruiting associates to fulfill open job orders.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client inquiries or provide additional information.
• Weekly site visits to client sites
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers in both languages.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably within a Staffing Agency
• Multilingual proficiency is essential; fluency in English and at least one other language is required.
• Strong typing skills with the ability to efficiently enter data while communicating with customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as excel, google sheets, word.. etc
• Excellent analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
