We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently exceed performance goals, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties, such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, managing and organizing inventory, and operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage online sales, adding new stock to our eBay and Amazon channels, and updating existing listings
- Primary point of contact for delivery drivers at the Nashville location
- Works with production units to ensure the product is ready for installation
- Assist in warehouse setup for better flow and efficiency
- Assist in the development and follow-through of procedures and expectations regarding shipping and receiving
- Daily attention to new sales orders – pull relevant product and determine storage location
- Daily attention to aged sales orders – confirm products are pulled and determine missing items
- Close communication with Warehouse Manager – including daily meetings to relay pertinent information
- Assist Warehouse Manager in cycle counts and regular inventory procedures
- Identify and communicate new issues regarding inventory
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion for extended periods
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Work Environment:
- Work in environments with varying temperatures
- Exposure to moderate noise levels
- Collaborative and supportive work environment
Attributes of a Strong Candidate
- High School Diploma
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of emergency vehicle upfitting components – a plus
- Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work autonomously within the parameters of tasks assigned
