Car Wash Detailer – Tropical Auto Spa (Lake Worth Beach, FL)

Compensation: $10–$15/hr + Tips (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Car Detailer who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll be responsible for washing, detailing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers and ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish
  • Perform full interior and exterior detailing (wash, vacuum, wax, polish, etc.)
  • Apply finishing touches with precision — windows, trim, tires, and interiors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment
  • Follow company standards and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in car detailing or high-end auto care
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering showroom-quality results
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-service driven
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
