Implementation Coordinator, Community Solutions

Ezee Fiber is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Coordinator, Community Solutions, to manage end-to-end projects supporting our Community Solutions team, which includes both Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) and Master Planned Communities (MPC). This role is responsible for ensuring smooth deployments of fiber-to-the-unit (FTTU) and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) services in new and existing communities.

The Implementation Coordinator will partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Construction, and Marketing to ensure timely execution, excellent customer communication, and high adoption rates. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution:

  • Lead community implementation projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service designs.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, scheduling, and cross-team coordination for MDU and MPC deployments.
  • Maintain accurate project plans that reflect dependencies and milestones across stakeholders.

Community & Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, HOAs/POAs, developers, and builders during implementation.
  • Clearly communicate milestones, progress, and any project changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the "Voice of the Community" internally, ensuring customer experience is central to all deployments.

Performance & Metrics:

  • Track and report delivery milestones and adoption progress across MDU and MPC projects.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor project health, adoption forecasts, and penetration rates.
  • Provide performance insights for Community Solutions leadership to support sales and retention strategies.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor and manage community project budgets, addressing gaps with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate placement of marketing and acquisition programs within communities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Construction, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on community deployments.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Operations on contracts, compliance, and project readiness.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and sales leaders to support community launches.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing customer-facing or community-based projects, ideally within telecom, construction, real estate development, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering projects on time, within scope, and with customer satisfaction.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) to manage project and customer data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with telecom, fiber, or network service deployments.
  • Familiarity with community associations (HOAs/POAs) or builder/developer processes.
