We're seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join us full-time and oversee our
Homeownership Division
—advancing innovative programs and partnerships that help residents across the state achieve the dream of owning a home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for New Hampshire Housing's Homeownership team, overseeing mortgage program operations, marketing and outreach, homebuyer education, business development and loan servicing through a sub-servicer.
  • Develop, implement and continuously enhance program policies, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Lead the design, delivery and performance management of New Hampshire Housing's residential mortgage loan programs and specialty loan programs to expand access to affordable and sustainable homeownership opportunities statewide.
  • Expand program reach and participation by strengthening partnerships with lenders, real estate professionals, nonprofits, industry stakeholders, and prospective homebuyers.
  • Ensure successful long-term homeownership outcomes by promoting financial readiness, supporting homebuyer education and developing initiatives that help households maintain stability after purchase.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, performance management, and professional development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

Your Experience, Skills, And Education Should Include

  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
  • Thorough knowledge of homeownership programs and mortgage lending, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate in a related field and at least eight years relevant work experience (at least two of which are in a management capacity) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting Pay:
$129,000 - $174,200, dependent on relevant experience
