Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Campus Safety and Security, located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Director of Campus Safety and Security will oversee all aspects of campus safety and security operations. This includes implementing safety protocols, managing emergency services, conducting regular security assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Director will also be responsible for coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services and providing training and guidance to campus security staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in Physical Security and Security Operations, Police Leadership background.
- Proficiency in Emergency Management and Emergency Services
- Skills in Security/ Law Enforcement Management
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field
- Experience in the educational university sector is a plus
