Job-Specific Expectations
- Purchase the minimum amount of vehicles monthly per the expectation set forth by the dealership.
- Process all required documentation to purchase a vehicle.
- Add purchased units into the store's inventory using DMS.
- Make outbound calls, text messages and emails to generate appointments, appraisals, and purchases.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Set the amount of appointments expected per the goal set by the dealership
- Utilize CRM for communication with customers as required.
- Train, encourage and coach new Acquisition Team Members.
- Develop relationships with guest and lead them through the acquisition process.
- Follow up with customers after the acquisition process.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
- Maintains professional appearance in accordance with employee handbook.
- Maintain and Average Response Time of 10 minutes or less.
- Complete the average amount of outbound activities (calls, texts, emails) your dealership expects
- Log every activity in CRM with supporting notes.
- Follow all Documented Niello Buy Center and Appraisal Processes
- Attend all Required Meetings
- Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range By Position
The expected pay for this position is $2,860.00 to $10,000.00 per month and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
