Senior CyberArk

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberArk / Identity & Access Management (IDAM) / Ping Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Thunderdome program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SME for CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Access Management, and Ping Identity solutions within a Zero Trust architecture.
• 5 days per week onsite, no exceptions.
• Lead design, deployment, configuration, and optimization of CyberArk, Ping, and other IAM solutions, credential management, session management, and least-privilege enforcement.
• Architect and integrate enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM, IAM, IDAM, PAM, etc.) systems to support DISA Thunderdome Zero Trust pillars.
• Develop and implement policies for access control, authentication, adaptive risk-based access, and continuous monitoring.
• Support cross-domain identity federation, PKI, SSO/MFA, and DoD enterprise directory integrations.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and sustainment operations within classified environments.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance (must be current); TS/SCI with CI or Full-Scope Polygraph strongly preferred
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk, Ping Identity, and enterprise IDAM solutions.
• Experience with authentication protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, RADIUS, Kerberos.

Preferred Certifications

• CyberArk Defender or Sentry Certification
• Ping Identity Certification(s)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $200, $350,000.00 per year
