Summary:
The IT Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between all internal departments, including Finances, Sales, Warehouse, and other—to ensure effective use of the NetSuite ERP system. This role is responsible for all aspects of the company's NetSuite ERP operations, including optimization, customization, and user support. In addition, the position will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the company website to support operational efficiency and digital growth.
Responsibilities:
NetSuite System
- Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP across all modules, including core Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales order processing.
- Maintain and create new dashboards, saved searches, manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/Metrics, custom reports and workflows.
- Customize and improve NetSuite functionalities to support business operations and scalability.
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams.
- Liaise with external consultants or vendors for advanced configurations and integrations.
Website Management & Support
- Maintain and update the company's website content, such as product listings, banners, and other visual assets.
- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and functionality across devices and browsers.
- Coordinate web integrations with ERP and internal systems where needed.
General IT Support
- Provide desktop and software support for office and warehouse teams.
- Manage basic IT infrastructure (computers, printers, routers, network).
- Ensure regular backups, system security, and overall IT reliability

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in an administrative/analyst role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with familiarity in IT hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or the cabinetry/home improvement industry is preferred.
- Support data imports, exports, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, Procure to Pay and Order Management.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Mandarin is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $80,000.00 per year
