Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand and maintain our wholesale customer base, including builders, contractors, renovation companies, designers, and distributors. This role requires strong sales skills, client management experience, and industry knowledge to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Track business development metrics and report on sales performance to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to increase competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
