Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting for Total Point Healthcare. The Controller will oversee accounting functions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial insights to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
  • Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal reporting requirements.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial performance and support strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and financial audits.
  • Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and healthcare reimbursement models.
  • Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in scaling financial operations in a growth-focused organization a plus.
