At Space Station Cannabis Center, we're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our guests see as they begin their journey through our dispensary universe.

Mission Overview:

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the launchpad for every customer experience. You'll greet guests with stellar service, ensure compliance and check-in procedures are smooth, and help keep the front desk orbit running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism — make every arrival feel out of this world
  • Verify identification and required documentation in compliance with state regulations
  • Manage customer check-ins, phone calls, and inquiries
  • Keep the lobby organized, stocked, and ready for lift-off
  • Assist with light administrative and support tasks to help the dispensary team run smoothly
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all procedures follow company and state policies

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Prior experience in reception, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Basic computer/POS skills
  • Must be 21+ with valid ID and eligible for any required state cannabis permits
