We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be bilingual, and have a solid understanding of logistics and operational procedures. This role requires effective time management and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day janitorial operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate cleaning teams to meet and exceed performance and cleanliness standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing any service issues or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of site staff.
  • Respond to emergencies, staffing shortages, or special client requests

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within janitorial, custodial, or facilities services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
