About The Role
We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Sales Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers through door-to-door and retail channels. Join us and make a positive impact on the environment while helping your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels.
- Present and sell community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
