Job Summary Fuel Facilities Operator is responsible for the inspection, repairs, and maintenance of fuel facilities, receiving fuel from pipeline, and inspections of hydrant system in accordance with ATA 103 and Swissport policy and procedures as well as Swissport GPPM. Also responsible for the maintenance, repair and housekeeping on tank farms and hydrant system equipment.The expected pay rate will be $32.36/hr. Your activitiesAccept petroleum products into all storage facilities in accordance with ATA 103 established procedures and quality controlsTrain new employees as directed by SupervisorsEnsure quality control of fuel and facility inspections and integrity of fuel hydrant system in accordance with ATA 103 criteriaMaintain Fuel inventoriesPerform periodic and scheduled inspections in accordance to ATA 103 and NFPA standardsPerform and assist mechanics for repairing and maintenance necessary to prevent functional breakdownsAssist with calibration of equipmentWork on loading racks and fuel storage equipmentUpdate records and inspection formsComplete paperwork as instructed by SupervisorsInspect equipment and document, report discrepanciesPerform quality control of fuel in accordance with ASTM and ATA standardsAssist with cleanup of fuel spills.
