We're hiring an experienced Medical Assistant who is confident in primary care workflows and can step in ready to support both clinical and front-desk operations. This is a key position in a small, high-performing team—reliability, accuracy, and strong communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

  • Room patients, obtain vitals, and document histories accurately
  • Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, immunizations and point-of-care testing
  • Prep exam rooms and assist with in-office procedures
  • Relay results and follow-up instructions per provider direction
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked, patient-ready rooms

Administrative / Reception Support

  • Register new patients and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Support medication prior authorizations
  • Manage inventory and clinic supplies
  • Assist in the management of patient messages
  • Help keep daily flow smooth for providers and patients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year as a Medical Assistant in a primary care setting (Required)
  • Comfortable with high patient volume and quick clinic pace
  • Solid understanding of medical office systems / patient management software
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Professional, patient-centered, and team-oriented
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Interest in wellness and aesthetics (we will train you)
