HiRel Connectors Inc. (HIRELCO) is an industry leader whose expertise is in designing and manufacturing custom and MIL-Spec interconnect products for a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing multiple client accounts and driving business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support new opportunities and interact with existing customers, primarily by phone/e-mail, to maintain current business and help develop new customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinating order processing/price quotations and proposals
  • Working with the Outside Sales Representatives to ensure the customer requirements and company's sales goals are met.
  • This candidate must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced, team environment and have a strong affinity and understanding of the issues our customers' address.

Education/Experience

  • 3-5 years of Sales Experience
  • HS Diploma/GED Required – AA/Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn company-specific software.
  • Attention to detail oriented
  • Dependable, reliable, with strong work ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
