Summary

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team This is a hands-on, active position involving waste management, material handling, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, teamwork, and takes initiative without constant supervision.

This is a non–climate-controlled environment, requiring frequent walking, bending, lifting, and twisting. Assistance is provided for lifting over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and loading/unloading trucks.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as set by the supervisor or team lead.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience (or 1 year with our company).
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and move objects on wheels up to 700 lbs with assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse setting with adequate lighting and ventilation.
  • Frequent physical activity including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
  • Exposure to minor cuts, burns, and chemical solvents or cleaners.
  • Manual dexterity required for handling tools and materials.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.50 per hour
