We are hiring for Physical Therapist position in the Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK
Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week as needed

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Or
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. Or
- D.P.T in Physical Therapy.
- upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
