Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of multi-channel projects and campaigns from kickoff to launch across creative, production, and media.
  • Partner with Account Management and Creative Leadership to define scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans.
  • Forecast and plan resources to ensure the right mix of talent is engaged at the right time across departments.
  • Be the communication hub keeping everyone informed, aligned, and accountable, internally and externally.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and offer creative solutions to keep momentum strong.
  • Maintain project clarity through updated schedules, budgets, and documentation in digital PM tools.
  • Be master of our DAM (Digital Asset Management tool), ensuring every asset is properly organized, versioned, tagged, and accessible so the right files are always at the team's fingertips.
  • Balance the human and the operational bringing calm when things get messy and urgency when timelines demand it.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside Account Management, representing the operational perspective and protecting the work.
  • Track budgets and scope across multiple campaigns, managing change requests and identifying efficiencies.
  • Support and mentor junior producers or coordinators in project discipline and agency craft.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of project management experience in a creative, digital, or advertising agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production processes across video, digital, social, and experiential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and personalities while keeping focus on delivery.
  • High emotional intelligence; you can flex between facilitator, problem solver, and protector of the work.
  • Sharp communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior clients and agency leadership.
  • A collaborative spirit; you believe great work is a team sport.
  • Experience managing or maintaining Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and understanding how they integrate into creative and production workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern project management tools and workflows (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
  • Curiosity, hustle, and adaptability; you can shift gears between big-picture planning and hands-on execution.
