Marketing and Proposal Coordinator

E8 Engineering is working with a confidential client in Irvine with an immediate need for a marketing coordinator. This is a full time contract to hire role

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will own the entire proposal process while supporting cross-functional teams in operations, business development, and talent acquisition.

This isn't your typical marketing role. You'll be the go-to person for proposal development, event coordination, and ensuring our brand message stays consistent across every touchpoint. What You'll Do

Proposal Leadership

• Lead and manage the complete proposal development process from kickoff to final submission
• Prepare, reformat, and edit resumes, graphics, and project content to meet submission requirements
• Ensure all proposals maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, operations, and talent acquisition teams on various initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external marketing events, including corporate functions and presentations
• Support project documentation and content development across departments

Content & Design

• Create and maintain marketing collateral, graphics, and promotional materials
• Design and edit visual content using Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools
• Manage updates to resumes, certifications, and project databases

Database & Project Management

• Maintain and update information in SharePoint, Google Sheets, Excel, and Deltek Vantage Point
• Track project photography, marketing events, and proposal deadlines
• Generate reports and manage content across multiple platforms

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the A/E/C industry
• Technical Skills (High Proficiency in):
• SharePoint
• Deltek Tech Vantage Point
• Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• Additional marketing and content management tools
