Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Overtime:
May range from 0–2 hours per day and 8–10 hours on weekends as needed

Overview:

A leading diamond jewelry and e-commerce company is seeking a
Seasonal Inventory Specialist
to support inventory operations during a high-volume period. This role involves processing orders, managing stock, labeling items, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull, invoice, and package e-commerce orders
  • Process internal inventory transfers and returns
  • Print and apply RFID tags for new jewelry
  • Scan and stock items into designated bins and spreadsheets
  • Assist with audit counts and maintain accurate records
  • Support data tracking and analysis using Excel

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior inventory or warehouse experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
