About the Role:

Rooted in a recovery-oriented philosophy, Adult Intensive Services partners closely with clients to identify personal goals, strengthen independence, and maintain control over their lives. Our approach honors each individual as the expert in their own experience and emphasizes collaboration, respect, and empowerment as every stage of care.

As a clinician with Adult Intensive Services, you will play a vital role in walking alongside clients during some of the most critical moments of their recovery journey. You'll provide strength-based, person-centered care by developing individualized service plans, monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring timely, accurate clinical documentation. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering trauma-informed care.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated, seamless support across systems of care. Working in Adult Intensive Services means being part of a mission-driven team that values connection, clinical excellence, and the belief that recovery is not only possible, but also achievable with the right support.

This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines.
  • Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines.
  • Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living.
  • Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing.
    Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have a Masters Degree in a Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or other relevant clinical degree from an accredited college of university.
  • Have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
  • Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
