Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic training sessions that cover hand-to-hand combat, weapons handling, tactical movement, and scenario-based exercises.
• Assess trainee performance continuously, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities, progress reports, and certification documentation for all participants.
• Ensure all training activities adhere strictly to safety protocols and legal regulations, promoting a secure learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and operational staff to develop innovative training methods that reflect current tactical standards.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure all training gear is maintained in optimal condition for safe use.
• Stay updated on the latest combat techniques, military tactics, and instructional methodologies through ongoing professional development.
