Our thriving, modern dental practices in Orange Park, FL are seeking an exceptional, Experienced General Dentist to join our team This position offers flexibility — full-time or part-time, and may include a hybrid schedule between two nearby offices.

About the Opportunity:

You'll join well-established practices that combine cutting-edge technology with a strong focus on patient experience. Our offices feature CBCT technology and four intraoral scanners, ensuring precision and efficiency in every procedure. You'll be supported by an experienced, motivated team committed to clinical excellence and growth.

*This opportunity will be available end ofJanuary/early February 2026*

We're Looking for a Dentist Who Is:

  • A seasoned clinician with at least 2-3 years of experience and is a strong leader who inspires the team and elevates performance
  • Ethically grounded and patient-centered, always delivering the highest standard of care
  • Production-driven with a solid business mindset for growing the practice
  • A great communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team environment
  • Experienced in all aspects of general dentistry as well as implants, endodontics, oral surgery, and Invisalign

  • Potential for hybrid coverage between two local offices

What we offer:

  • Well-established practice with long-term patient base
  • $10,000 Sign on Bonus
  • Compensation package of $900 daily rate guarantee for the first 5 months (for credentialing) and then move to 32-34% of collections dependent on experience.
  • PPO/Fee-for-service - no Medicaid or HMO plans.
  • Practice averages 40+ new patients per month
  • 4 Digital scanners to choose from in the office
  • CBCT

Requirements:

  • DMD or DDS from accredited dental school.
  • Valid Florida Dental License
  • Minimum 2-3 year experience in general dentistry, placing or restoring implants, oral surgery, endodontics and clear aligner therapy
