Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data records and supporting various administrative functions. This position requires proficiency in data entry, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Conduct data collection and ensure the integrity of information entered.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data management, including the use of pivot tables for analysis.
  • Assist with clerical tasks as needed, providing administrative support to various departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good typing speed with attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
  • Previous office or clerical experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
