Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support our fast-paced fleet service and refrigeration shop. If you have experience with automotive parts, heavy-duty truck parts, or dealership parts departments, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a respected industry leader.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts
- Forklift certification (or willingness to complete certification)
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Willingness to travel for training
- Strong team player with a professional, respectful demeanor
- Detail-focused with a strong work ethic
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen
What You'll Do
- Order parts from preferred vendors
- Create purchase orders (Pos) and manage invoices
- Receive and stock parts; maintain bin locations and inventory levels
- Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Support technicians by providing needed parts
- Manage parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory
- Operate a forklift for loading/unloading parts
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Additional duties as assigned
