Position Summary

The Retail Brand Ambassador is responsible for engaging with customers, sharing product information, and assisting with retail sales goals. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner in a retail setting
  • Provide accurate information about products, features, and current promotions
  • Support sales goals by guiding customers through available options
  • Maintain organized product displays and a clean work area
  • Learn and follow company, client, and retail compliance guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Interest in sales, customer service, or brand representation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Reliable and punctual work habits
  • Previous retail or sales experience is helpful but not required
