Position Title: Treatment Coordinator – Dental

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Overview

We are a five-star dental group with five thriving offices across Dallas. We are seeking a motivated Treatment Coordinator to oversee front office operations and guide patients through their treatment journey. This role requires strong leadership, financial understanding, and excellent patient communication skills.

You will play a key role in helping the front desk team succeed while ensuring patients feel confident and supported throughout their care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front desk team in scheduling, insurance, communication, and check-in/check-out
  • Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions
  • Review insurance benefits, financial options, and payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow up on pending treatments
  • Monitor daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and office management to meet practice goals
  • Uphold service standards and a positive patient experience at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in dental front desk or treatment coordination
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Monday–Saturdays availability
