We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to join
product team
. In this role, you will lead multiple Agile software development initiatives, driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and timely delivery of mission-critical products. The ideal candidate will excel at orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing complex dependencies, and ensuring that every project is delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define objectives, translate business goals into actionable plans, and monitor progress across initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on managing risk and fostering transparency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Proactively monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive clear communication, collaboration, and accountability across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams.
- Manage budgets, report on project health, and ensure delivery within agreed scope and timelines.
- Champion Agile principles and continuous improvement practices within the program and across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a
Program Manager
or
Senior Project Manager
leading multiple concurrent technology projects. - Strong understanding of
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
and modern software delivery practices. - Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience in the
Financial Services domain
is highly desirable.
