The Role

This position supports all aspects of attorney recruiting, including lateral attorneys, associates, and summer associates. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating attorney interviews and schedules with firm leadership and attorneys
  • Serving as a liaison with external recruiting agencies
  • Preparing offer and decline letters
  • Managing OCI processes with designated law schools (on-campus and callback interviews)
  • Maintaining relationships with law school career services offices
  • Supporting and coordinating the summer associate program, including events and assignments
  • Administering attorney job postings across legal and law school recruiting platforms
  • Assisting with ATS data entry, reporting, and annual updates (including NALP materials)

What They're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience
    in attorney recruiting or professional development (law firm experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
  • Professional presence and ability to work closely with attorneys and firm leadership

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $85K
    , depending on experience
