Position Title: The Only Facial Store Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: Owner

Job Overview:

As The Only Facial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facial spa, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while managing staff and financial performance. You will lead a team of aestheticians and support staff, promote services, and maintain a relaxing and welcoming environment for our clients and team members.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement corporate and operational policies and procedures.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, onboard and supervise spa staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional growth.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Develop Loyal client programs to enhance client retention.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment.

Financial Management:

  • Review financial reports and performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory and adhere to supply budget to optimize costs.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Associates / Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Certification as an aesthetician from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong acumen of the Aesthetician role.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
