Shangri-La Springs, in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, is a historic center for vitality through healing arts and nature. That ethos permeates all aspects of the property, from the full-service organic spa to the certified organic farm-to-table restaurant that utilizes produce grown on the property itself.

We are seeking a Server with experience in customer service to join our team at Shangri-La Springs. The server will work with the events and restaurant teams on the historic grounds of Shangri-La Springs.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Check server stations before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
  • Greet guests promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Address the guest by name whenever possible. Explain specials and/or restaurant promotions to create guest awareness.
  • Check completed orders for accuracy prior to serving. Deliver food promptly, serve hot food hot and cold food cold. Include appropriate condiments. Lift trays weighing up to 50 pounds. Abide by all state, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments, restocking side stands and folding napkins.

This position requires typical physical demands for restaurant labor, such as walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling or pushing items up to 150lbs.

This is a part time position, shifts TBD.
