Product Offer Management is key to deploying and managing product offer data for initial release and sustaining of Dell product offerings globally. This global team is the company leader in delivering key offers for Dell's software and peripheral business through global product release, sustaining and the cross-team management, and leading global actions in process, tools, and offer transformation, delivering globalization, modernization, simplification, and improved customer experience.

What you'll achieve

As a Senior Advisor, Product Offer Management, You will support strategic initiatives, program/project management, key operational support, and leadership / executive communications/engagements.  You will also have the responsibility of working closely with other global peers and managers to help manage/lead internal support, issue management, and projects/process improvement initiatives. Position is a key part of helping enable Dell's ability to sell Dell's Software & Peripheral products online & offline to our customers.

You Will:

• Establish and maintain product offer data governance and cadence of customer offer types globally across company sales catalogs in conjunction with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering, and our outsourcing partners

• Ensure offer stability to sales and valid information through the release of product offer data across all sales motions online & offline; support definition, solution, and execution of individual market requirements

• Identify strategic opportunities across catalog, supply chain types, and markets globally to help guide PG & segment product marketing to develop and gain market share. Identify and implement PD long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements in support of revenue targets

• Prioritize and route product offer data for new product launches and sustaining data change requests through the product life cycle, ensuring all relevant and appropriate approvals are in place. Minimizes the amounts of change requests associated to the PD in Work in Process (WIP) by improving status and follow-up techniques with customers

• Help lead global strategic projects to closure with the agreed timelines and quality standards

• Experience working globally and within a global team, with the potential of minimal leadership oversight at times

• Knowledge of product offer data and experience delivering strong operational excellence and customer support

• Experience leading and delivering transformational global Program/Project Management

Desirable Requirements

• Requires 5+ Years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred

• IT Industry & Product Knowledge a plus

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $110,500 to $143,000.
