  • Coordinate project controls including cost forecasting, schedule performance, and earned-value tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction partners to ensure alignment across all phases of execution.
  • Support project reporting and analytics initiatives using digital tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Project.
  • Interface with internal operations groups, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, review proposals, and participate in bid evaluations and awards.
  • Contribute to long-term work planning, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior project team members on tools, systems, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience within the
    power generation or utility infrastructure
    sector.
  • Proven background in managing capital projects involving mechanical systems, piping, site development, and balance-of-plant (BOP) components.
  • Experience coordinating EPC or multi-contractor construction programs from planning through commissioning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project-tracking and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding diverse technical and field teams.

Why Join

  • Stable, long-term role in a company recognized for its technical excellence and employee-first culture.
  • Competitive total compensation package including fully covered medical benefits.
  • Strong 401(k) match and annual profit-sharing incentives.
