Willman & Silvaggio, LLP, a mid-size defense litigation law firm located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, is seeking an experienced full-time litigation paralegal to join our growing staff.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

· Prepare and maintain numerous case files

· Schedule court reporters and medical experts

· Maintain pre-trial discovery charts and monitor case progress

· Order medical records and chart records status

· Database entry and updates of case information

· Run queries to produce reports for multiple clients

· Monitor trial lists and case deadlines for attorneys in various jurisdictions

· Assist attorneys with trial preparation and overall litigation support

· Occasional special projects

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

· Intermediate to advanced proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and Outlook

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

· Must be extremely detail oriented

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of all firm and client information

· Paralegal Certificate or Degree required; two or more years of experience preferred
