Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 11-7 Med Tech to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including home care, memory care, and acute care environments. This role is essential in providing high-quality medical support to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being while assisting in their daily health management.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems such as Yardi for patient documentation.
  • Provide compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist in the coordination of home community care services for patients requiring additional support.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in home care, memory care, hospital settings, or acute care is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols and patient monitoring techniques.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems such as Yardi.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care, particularly for senior populations and individuals with disabilities.
  • Certification or relevant training in medical technology or a related field is a plus.
