Lincoln Parks & Recreation is looking for a creative, motivated assistant or intern to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for students or early-career professionals interested in marketing, communications, and community engagement.

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the Recreation section by promoting programs, events, and facilities that enrich the lives of Lincoln residents. You'll gain real-world experience in content creation, social media strategy, graphic design, and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content for social media and web platforms
  • Capture and edit visual content from community events
  • Design promotional materials and program apparel
  • Assist with email marketing and outreach efforts

Details:

$16/hour

10–15 hours/week (flexible, including evenings/weekends)

Based in Lincoln, NE

Must be 19+ with a valid driver's license
