Director, Product Management (RevOps) - Capital One Software (Remote)

Capital One Software is seeking a Director of Product Management who is passionate about marrying innovation with emerging technologies. As a Capital One Director of Product Management, you'll be responsible for managing the end to end Salesforce roadmap while on the forefront of driving a major transformation in Capital One Software involving our MarTech Stack and Service Cloud capabilities

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

• Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks 

• Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
